Our Mission

Casco exists to provide meaningful experience to people with disabilities which enable them to increase their independence. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for the people we serve through growth, experience, and community inclusion. Our goal is accomplished by:

Providing the opportunity for meaningful experience both within our facility and within the community
Respecting the rights, choices, and dignity of all people
Encouraging each person to expand their talents to reach their desired level of independence, integration, and inclusion
Advocating for the inclusion of people with disabilities in all aspects of community life

Through these actions, we defend each person’s right to be independent and productive, and to contribute toward their own welfare and that of their community.
